We understand that sometimes the pictures are not always exactly the same as the real
deal so if you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving
your order. We accept refunds within 14 days of receiving your order (according to the
USPS delivery date). You will need to pay the return shipping but after the item is
received we will then refund you what you originally paid for that item (excluding
shipping).

You will need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend to use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
